Ingredients

Add vanilla or coffee ice cream to shopping list 2 cups vanilla or coffee ice cream

Add stout beer (you'll use about 8 ounces) to shopping list 1 bottle stout beer (you'll use about 8 ounces)

Add Chocolate syrup to shopping list Chocolate syrup

Directions:

Divide ice cream evenly into each of 8 shot glasses with a small spoon.

Slowly pour about 1 ounce stout beer into each glass.

Drizzle chocolate syrup into each glass. Serve immediately with small straws and small spoons.
